Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within [1–2] business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Local to Woodinville? You're welcome to skip shipping altogether and pick up your order at our office at 17924 140th Ave NE, Suite 101. Just choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Returns
If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window — You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition — For your safety and the safety of every patient, we can only accept products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Once a skincare product has been opened, we're unable to accept it back — this is a health and hygiene standard, not a preference.
How to return — Email us at info@alerisaesthetics.com or call 425-900-5977 to start a return. You're welcome to drop the product off in person at our Woodinville office at no cost, or mail it back — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within two business days. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Items we can't accept — Opened or used products, gift cards, and any item returned after the 30-day window.
