Each month, on your billing date, a credit lands in your account good for one signature facial — Signature Custom Facial or HydraFacial Deluxe, your choice each month. You can book it any time during the next 60 days. After 60 days, the credit expires. So if you skip a month, you have a small grace window — but credits don't accumulate indefinitely.

Credits roll forward up to 60 days (Essential) or 90 days (Plus), so a busy month or a vacation is fine. If you're going to be unavailable longer, you can pause your membership for up to 60 days per year — no charges during the pause, and your existing credits stop expiring while you're paused.

Upgrade anytime. Your six-month commitment clock continues, but you start receiving the higher tier benefits immediately.

The six-month commitment is what makes the pricing work, so early cancellation isn't available except for serious life changes — documented medical issues, military deployment, pregnancy complications, or a relocation more than 50 miles away. If you need to take a break, the pause option (up to 60 days per year) usually covers it.

We'll email you and give you 7 days to update your payment method. If it's still not resolved after 30 days, your membership terminates and any remaining credits expire. We'd much rather work with you than terminate, so just reach out if something's going on.

Memberships are personal to the named member and aren't transferable. If your partner or daughter wants to be a member too, they can enroll separately.

Member discounts apply to individual aesthetic services and retail products. Packages, signature programs, and medical programs (like our Metabolic Reset or Midlife Reset) have their own pricing structure that already reflects bundled value — those don't stack with the membership discount. You can use your monthly service credits toward eligible individual services, but not toward programs.

Memberships are for aesthetic services, which are not covered by insurance. Our medical services (weight management with Dr. Farook, perimenopause and menopause care, hormone therapy) are billed through your medical insurance separately and aren't included in the membership. We're currently in-network with Premera Blue Cross.

Yes, you can request Dr. Farook for injectables or consultations, our nurse injector, Sue for laser treatments, Kate for facials — or whoever you'd like. We try to honor requests but can't guarantee specific providers at specific times. If you have a strong provider preference, book a little further out.

Memberships are ongoing — they're how you maintain consistent care. Signature Programs (like our Skin Renewal Program or Morpheus8 Skin Tightening Program) are short-term, defined treatment plans for specific goals. Many of our patients do both — a program to address a specific concern, then a membership to maintain results long-term.
